You feel like anxiety has taken the driver's seat in your life. It’s as if everyone else got a secret guidebook on how to socialize, thrive, and navigate adulthood—and somehow, you missed out. Your mind is constantly racing, replaying interactions, second-guessing your choices, and imagining worst-case scenarios. On the outside, you’re ambitious and high-achieving, but inside, something feels off—like there’s a missing piece you can’t quite put your finger on. You’re exhausted, and while you can see the life you want so clearly, it feels out of reach.

Together, we can uncover the patterns that keep showing up in your life and find ways to break free from them. I’ll help you build the confidence and inner strength to create the life you’ve been longing for. My approach is anti-oppressive, strengths-based, and rooted in a deep commitment to affirming and supporting diverse identities and experiences. I provide a welcoming space for queer, trans, and BIPOC folx, as well as sex workers and those in polyamorous relationships. You don’t have to do this alone—I’m here to walk this path with you.

Who is your ideal client?

I enjoy working with the self-proclaimed people-pleasers, perfectionists, and those who are neurodivergent and experience social anxiety or feel like an outsider in social settings. I enjoy working with transracial adoptees and people raised in multiracial environments as well as queer, trans, and BIPOC folx. My ideal client is comfortable with a casual, conversation-based therapy style and is ready to see some change within themselves and their lives!

What's something you wish people knew about therapy or the therapy process?

There are so many ways to be a therapist and so many different styles of therapy. If you have tried therapy before and didn’t feel like it was right for you, I challenge you to search for a different therapist who might be a better fit for you. Also, in order to reap the full benefits of therapy, it requires that you practice a level of honesty that some people might find scary. You have to be honest with yourself and your therapist to really dig in and create change in your life. The therapeutic process can only work as much as you allow it to work!

Why do you like being a therapist?

I get to see people have those “Aha!” moments where something clicks in a way that it hasn’t before. I get to work alongside people who are empowered enough to sit in discomfort and process difficult things. Then I get to see the growth that happens during our time working together. I can see in real-time how the therapeutic process can be truly life-changing.

Besides being a therapist, what do you enjoy in your spare time?

I enjoy cooking and hosting dinner parties, going for long drives and singing loudly in the car, nurturing my houseplants, and spending time with my giant family.
